Lindsey Toms

I have been quilting for over 30 years and have sewn since my mother taught me as a child. I began my quilting journey with completing courses when I lived in Devon and more recently a City & Guilds in patchwork & quilting while living in Hertfordshire. My husband is a church minister he recently retired form his post in Hertfordshire and we moved to our cottage in mid Wales.

He is a potter and I am a quilter we have a website http://www.clayandquilt.com where we sell our products.

I enjoy working with cottons and linens and particularly enjoy Sashiko stitching in my quilting. I have yet to get to grips with machine quilting!

I am interested in the history of quilting and enjoy looking at patchwork and quilting from different areas and look forward to being a member of the Quilter's Guild and learning from others here.
