Since retiring last year I am rediscovering my love of stitching. I am developing my skills and knowledge of foundation piecing, quilting, free motion embroidery, appliqué and hand embroidery. I am mainly working on small items such as cards, bags, cushions etc. I am also working on a larger quilt that I have designed, inspired by designs from the Arts and Craft movement, using a combination of foundation piecing and free motion embroidery and appliqué.
