Ø  4” sleeve in the back.

Ø  Your name and membership number

Ø  No black binding

Ø  Complete the challenge information form challenge_information_form_2020.docx or challenge_information_form_2020.pdf 

Ø Send finished block to Tanja (addresson the challenge information form) by 15^th of December 2019.
